Ms Kaur has developed the following training workshops which have been delivered Australia-wide:

• ‘Working with CALD and refugee communities in the Child and family welfare setting’ which is endorsed by Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) for continuing professional development (7.5hours).

• ‘Working with CALD and refugee communities in the mental health setting’ which is endorsed by Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) for continuing professional development.

• ‘Culturally Sensitive Practice in Child Protection and Out-of-home care’, for practitioners employed in out-of-home cares services, foster care agencies and residential care.(half day)

• ‘Understanding domestic and family violence across migrant and refugee communities’ (half day)

• Child Sexual Abuse and Sexual Violence – Issues in practice when working with multicultural communities – (half day)

• Working with Violent Male Offenders (full day)

• Culturally Reflective Practice in Social Work (half day)
